- 1 x 90minute class - Asana, Pranayama & Meditation - Pre-Recorded
- 1 x 60minute class - Morning Practice - Live 6.30am Tuesday & Recorded
- 1 x 30minute class - Pranayama & Meditation – Live 7pm Monday & Recorded

How it works?
Once subscribed you will receive a weekly email from us with the Zoom links to the upcoming weeks LIVE classes as well as links to the Pre-Recorded 90-minute class.
On Thursday of each week you will receive the links to the recordings of the 60 minute and 30minute classes.
*If you subscribe mid-week or part way through the month you will be given the current week and previous weeks recordings
How to access us on Zoom:
If this is your first-time using Zoom please make sure you complete the steps below so you are set-up and ready to go beforehand.
1. Download the Zoom App to your computer or tablet.
2. Join a test meeting and familiarise yourself with how Zoom works. Make sure to check your sound & video. If you get stuck - there's lots of helpful articles & videos online.
3. A few minutes before the session starts follow the Zoom link URL in meeting invite (use password).
4. For the clarity of sound and picture we ask for all participants to mute their speakers as the session begins.
All session will commence at their advertised times. We ask that you be prepared to be online 5 minutes beforehand to say Hello! or iron out any technical difficulties. Once classes have commenced, we will be unable to communicate with you until after class completion.
