The Yoga Nidra Level 3 Teacher Training Course is taught over one weekend as an intensive workshop.

In Level 3, we explore the deeper energetic and esoteric aspects of the Yoga Nidra practice as well as learn how to create a Yoga Nidra for specific therapeutic application with one-on-one clients.

At the end of the Level 3 course, you will be able to deliver bespoke Yoga Nidra for specific application as well as be able to take a more intuitive and less prescriptive approach to delivery.

Prerequisites:

Yoga Nidra Level 1 and Level 2 is a pre-requisite for Level 3.
