Reset Retreat

Over the past months many of us have been forced to slow down or push pause on the constant movement of our daily lives. How has this felt? Has it been a welcome relief, to ‘catch up’ with yourself while the world took a breath? Or has it been scary to face stillness and less distraction? You may even have swung between both on a an hourly, daily, or weekly basis. 

With the scaling down of restrictions and the return to our lives, how do we choose to step back into this new ‘normality’?  

Join us at Ohui Retreat Centre for a weekend of yoga and relaxation. Immersed in beautiful natural surroundings, take the time to reset. All meals are taken care of, prepared with love by our cook. Accommodation ranges from cute caravans to inside rooms – both with access to warm, cosy common areas.

What the weekend will include: 

- Yoga classes

- Yoga Nidra (Relaxation)

- Meditation 

- Free time to explore the area

All classes/sessions are optional.
