About The Event
Following a very successful Immunity Sequence workshop, diving into the fundamentals, Sankalpa and Atma offer a 90-minute masterclass including asana, pranayama and meditation.
The class focus is to prepare the body physically and energetically for the Immunity Sequence as our peak, followed with classical asana to consolidate the energy built and use it on our inward Meditation journey.
