Level 1 Part-Time

Yoga Teacher Training Course

Our part-time teacher training course is taught as a series of weekend workshops - approximately one per month - over a seven-month period. Each month builds upon the preceding months giving you an experiential understanding of the yoga practices involved.

We begin with beginners' yoga and over the duration of the course, progressively build to intermediate practices. This course is taught systematically, which creates a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding as well as providing a supporting framework for teaching yoga once you graduate.

At the end of the course, you will be qualified for the Yoga Alliance's RYT-200 certification and will have the skills to teach beginner to intermediate yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation (nidra vidya) and meditation (dhyana).
