This is a great way to experience
different teachers and topics. The workshops give you an
opportunity to focus on a particular aspect of yoga and
other similar systems from 'Salute to the Sun' to 'How to
breath'. These help you refine your own yoga either at home
or in classes. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL!

Venue: Ashram Yoga, Parnell
A deeply releasing, non-invasive,
external massage of the abdominal organs and lower back.
MAM improves organ function by relieving physical and
emotional congestion and blockages from the abdomen, restoring
homeostasis or internal balance. It combines modern science
(anatomy and physiology) with Ancient Maya healing and
wisdom to produce a holistic path to physical, emotional
and spiritual wellbeing. Particularly amazing for all
complaints of the digestive and reproductive systems.
A unique aspect of the treatment is learning the Self
Care routine, empowering you to continue your healing
process.
Come and experience a wonderful and entirely different
treatment from Lon – a massage therapist
with over 10 years experience and one of our Ashram Yoga
trained yoga teachers!
Lon, who moved back to the UK last year, is only in NZ
for a few weeks and is really excited to be able to share
this massage with you.
If you miss out, you will have to travel to Australia
to find your nearest MAM therapist!!!
