Quiet excellent. Great sharing of knowledge and
energy, inspiration from the Ashram team & lots
of wisdom from Shantimurti. Nice support and bonding
with the whole group. The weekend at Mana was fabulous.
The course is well structured to deepen and expand the
whole yogic lifestyle from Asana through to Meditation.The
whole sequencing of the Sadhana practices for each month
is very well structured, and I suspect put together
to subtly take us deeper?
