At Ohui, 2 hours from Auckland central on the Coromandel
East Coast.
Since July we have been developing an Ashram
Retreat Centre - 20 acres on Opoutere Beach (10 mins before
Whangamata). There are two buildings that can accommodate
12 people and plenty of room for campervans, caravans and
tenting. We have already run 2 weekend retreats and you
are welcome to come and enjoy the space in many ways as
we continue to grow. Ohui in
maori means "meeting place" and
it is a perfect environment for this to happen.
An amazing place for you
to get away from it all, enjoy healthy vegetarian food,
daily yoga, retreats, receive personal instruction and soak
up the beautiful surrounding nature.
You are welcome to come for
a night or longer stays. Personal sadhana from Swami Shantimurti
and other teachers is available. Plus we have a therapy
room for treatments in massage and reflexology.
