Our fundraiser
this month was a great success, thoroughly enjoyed
and we raised a few dollars for Bhaktimurti
and Karmamurti.... thank you again to everyone
who came and supported the cause! The massages,
tarots and consultations were so popular we
are planning another similar event with more
activites, great Christmas pressies and delicious
treats around beginning December - keep a lookout

Term 4 and School Holiday Programme
Our weekly CHILDREN'S
YOGA classes are starting again
in Term 4 - Tuesday 14th October is the first.
Classes are 3.45 - 4.30pm for 3 -11 year olds
PLUS
a School Holiday Programme
October Mon 6th - Fri 10th, 2.30 - 4.30pm each
day.
Cost is $145 and includes a child size
yoga mat, drawing, poi twirling, creative adventure
writing with yoga. (Click

NEW Teacher
Training!
Yoga Nidra Teacher Training:
Two 2-day
intensive weekend courses covering all aspects of the
ancient technique of deep relaxation. This is an advanced
training course intended for those with prior yoga training,
but also useful for healthcare professionals, school
teachers, caregivers, therefore all are welcome from
the viewpoint of increasing one's knowledge base. Read

Investment:
Level 1 - $300, Level 2 - $400 (includes food &
board), both levels $650. Deposit of $100 required.
Dates & Venue 2008:
Level
1 - 8th & 9th Nov @ Parnell.
Level 2 - 15th & 16th Nov @ Ohui.
